Mission accomplished!
Dec 4th
Well… Last night was very crazy, everything was going great except for some small technical mistakes. Ben Thanh theatre is a great place for executing events. SIC students are brilliant, they sang and danced very magnificently. We received many good comments and feedbacks from the teachers and the students, but we know that there were some other issues that need to be discussed, and we’ll be very pleased to hear about that.

The White Combination – The Trailers
Nov 16th
As I’ve mentioned before about the closing ceremony of SIC, we are now approaching the last quarter of progress and being very excited for working with it. There’s not much time left and we’re a little bit living behind our suggested time plan, but it doesn’t matter if every single member contributes their best for the upcoming days until the CC2009 is held.
SIC Closing Ceremony 2009 is named The White Combination which stands for several meanings, but it mainly means the great combination of different colors, the explosion of colorful entries attended.
9xTeam has accomplished 2 trailers for this special activity, the first one is a review of last year’s programme (2008) and the second one is for this year 2009, a review of entries casting day (10 chosen entries are also presented in the clip)

Hopefully, this year will be a revolutionary change – the beginning of better programmes towards the years later.
Tris won 1st prizes in SIC Logo Design Competition 2009
Nov 9th
This morning was so excited! I was announced to be the Winner of SIC Logo Design Competition 2009 and another The Best Presenter of the Competition. Yes, I’ve done well but I didn’t think about how successful it is, ‘coz last time I saw some other students also worked greatly, some have very beautiful ideas and cool designs.
We (9xTeam) were preparing for publishing 2nd Trailer of SIC Closing Ceremony 2009 this morning within the awareness of Mr. Thao (the principle), other two people from HCM city – Institute of Education and Training and another educational journalist. While we were doing so, Mr. Thao was talking about some ongoing events, he mentioned about SIC Logo Design Competition and announced the winners (I just didn’t know or paid any notice that he would talk about it today). There were other 4 9xTeam-ers involved in winning this (who came after me). There were 2 different types of the prize, the first one is The Best Presenter of the Competition and the second one, bigger one, is Winner of SIC Logo Design Competition 2009 and I both won 1st prizes in those 2. Super amazing!
These are 3 logos that I’ve designed and won for. The last one is the one was chosen.

Amazingly and deservingly. Mrs. Jennifer (EALD) had told me that I did very well right after I finished my presentation. Thanks for your supporting me so far ^^
One more added into my collection. Hopefully, big big 18th birthday on late December, we’ll see.
I’ve done all I need to do, now the time is for focusing on SIC Closing Ceremony 2009. 9xTeam will be leaded to conquer the successful event. All I got are yours, 9xTeam!

Tris won triple first prizes in IT Challenge – Monash University
Oct 8th
Hi everyone,
That was amazing that I’ve won triple first prizes in IT Challenge held by Monash University. Wow wow wow =D! My project was about an online system that helps students practice before tests which is modified with some new features and solutions. A month working alone, day by day, and I’ve reached my goal in which I’ve never thought about how successful it will be, yes never mind about that.
I used the same package as usual: PHP/MySQL/Javascript (AJAX). Hopefully, I will share my source code for everyone soon, just for intellectual purposes only.
I’m trying to get a visa as soon as possible to fly to Melbourne by late Oct. Hope it will be ok and I will be attending the awards ceremony with a special digital festival there ^^
This is a screenshot of my position ranking in Monash University website. You guys can check it here: http://www.infotech.monash.edu.au/promotion/competitions/it-challenge/results-2009.html
